1. About the Service

DutchSponsors is a subscription-based job discovery service. We identify job vacancies from employers in the Netherlands that are recognised sponsors and deliver selected opportunities to subscribers by email.

A subscription provides email alerts containing job opportunities identified by DutchSponsors on the basis of the subscriber's preferences and publicly available vacancy information.

DutchSponsors provides information and notifications only. Applications are submitted directly through the employer's own systems.

3. Scope of the Service

DutchSponsors is not:

We do not submit applications, negotiate employment terms or provide immigration advice.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract and provide accurate information when using the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and email address.

Subscriptions are personal and intended for use by a single subscriber. Access to the Service may not be shared, resold or made available to third parties.

5. Subscriptions

The Service is offered through subscription plans displayed at checkout.

Available plans may include:

Prices are displayed before purchase and include VAT where applicable.

By completing checkout, you place an order with an obligation to pay.

6. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Fixed-term subscriptions

Fixed-term subscriptions remain active for the selected commitment period.

After the initial term expires, the subscription automatically continues as a monthly subscription unless cancelled.

You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not shorten the initial commitment period.

Payment failures

The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that valid payment details are maintained. If a payment cannot be processed, DutchSponsors may suspend access to the Service until payment has been successfully received. Subscription fees remain payable for any period during which the Service was made available.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable Dutch and European consumer law.

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after conclusion of the subscription agreement without giving a reason.

Because the Service begins immediately after subscription, we request your express consent during checkout to begin providing the Service during the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw during the withdrawal period after the Service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount reflecting the part of the Service already provided, as permitted by law.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after confirmation of the withdrawal request.

Outside the statutory withdrawal period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Job Listings and Information

DutchSponsors collects information from publicly available sources, including:

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date. However, job vacancies, employer information and sponsorship status may change at any time.

Subscribers should verify important information directly with the employer and, where relevant, through official government sources.

10. Sponsorship and Employment Outcomes

We only track opportunities associated with employers that appear on the IND register of recognised sponsors.

The Service uses automated systems to match opportunities with subscriber preferences.

Matching is based on information provided by subscribers and information extracted from publicly available job listings.

Matching results are recommendations only and may not always be complete, accurate or suitable for every individual.

DutchSponsors retains all rights in its website, software, content, design and compilation of information.

Job listings, employer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and linking purposes.

Nothing in the Service implies any affiliation, endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.

14. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Force majeure

DutchSponsors is not responsible for delays, interruptions or failures resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of hosting providers, internet services, telecommunications networks, payment providers, government actions, labour disputes or other force majeure events.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DutchSponsors is not responsible for:

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under Dutch or European law.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

In particular, any statutory rights relating to digital content, digital services, conformity requirements and consumer protection under Dutch and European law remain fully applicable.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail.

You may terminate your subscription at any time by cancelling through your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on the website together with the revision date.

Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.

These Terms are drafted in English. Where a translation is provided, the English version shall prevail in the event of inconsistency.

Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted to hello@dutchsponsors.com. DutchSponsors aims to respond within a reasonable period and to resolve complaints in good faith.
