7. Public Job Listings and Company Information

DutchSponsors processes information obtained from publicly available sources, including employers' career pages and the IND register of recognised sponsors.

Most of this information relates to organisations rather than individuals.

Where personal data is incidentally included in public job listings, DutchSponsors seeks to minimise the collection and retention of such information wherever reasonably possible.

To the extent personal data is processed from publicly available sources, the legal basis is legitimate interest.
